Purpose
To support the researchers’ understanding of the relationship, if any, between MISTT participants’ usage of a Virtual Stroke Support Portal (VSSP) and their goals and unmet needs as articulated in documentation produced by stroke case managers (SCM).
Our main goal is to provide the client with a well-documented web or desktop application to support MISTT researchers to understand data.

A web-based application has been designed and built for MISTT researchers to analyze text reports and website use.
Design features
- Easy for MISTT researchers to use, who are not familiar with data analytics
- Keep the style of the new web application consistent with that of MISTT website
- Follow MSU Brand design rules (MSU green)
- Appropriate for healthcare research situation

Outcome
We completed the project on time and within budget. In addition, we provided training materials, so future researchers would be able to gain usability insights from the software. Our work has received recognition from our clients.
