The final prototype
My final solution was divided into two sections, one is step instruction and the other one is the entrance of moving service with the original phone number, in order to keep the interface simple. According to the user research, users have concern that the process might be difficult. So the instruction section is designed to clearly show the details to help users predict all of the following steps. Once clicking “Start” button, in-time feedbacks will be provided during every step to help users confirm they are in what state.
Registration and automatically renew are two key points which can raise user stickiness. Therefore, more reminders and different types of reminder will be provided during the process. And clear instruction of how to turned off automatically renew is necessary to be added in order to banish users concerns of property loss.
