1. Flyers for MSU sleep campaign
While working on this sleep campaign proposal, I worked with 3 students all from different background(Criminal justice, Clinic and Health Communication) and the Marketing and Communication Department Manager from MSU Olin Health Center. I was responsible for the design work of the Sleep Campaign.
I did this graphic design work based on the results of formative evaluation we conducted between September 2015 and December 2015. The research results show that students sacrifice sleep time mainly for study or socialization. Therefore, I separated the campaign flyers into two subjects based on the results, telling students that good sleep is the precondition of good study and healthy social life.
In the socialization-themed flyer, I colored one sheep in orange because the United States is a country that people are so different with each other. Unlike in China, most people we see in our daily life are yellow. Just as I thought, during the presentation of the campaign proposal, a black girl came to me and really appreciated the diversity in my design. I think this should also be a successful UX design case. Always design for target users/audiences.
2. Vintage online shop logo
I am a vintage fan and loved shopping at vintage market. An online shop website was designed and owned by me on Alibaba platform in 2016 just because of my interest and a whim. I took this opportunity to do some different type of design practice.

3. Assisted-Rehabilitation Cast

This is a poster mainly designed for a UX Design demo.
Physical rehabilitation can be a long and arduous process, with guidance mainly being given by a therapist. This poster I designed is to show our device which is cerated to enable a fun and engaging approach to hand and arm rehabilitation, utilizing music as a form of physical and mental therapy. By pressing several touch sensors embedded onto a 3D printed glove, users will be able to play a selection of songs designed to get the user’s arms and fingers moving.
